Farm Happenings
The farm will be open, but the crew will be not be present at the farm tomorrow (Friday). Late pickup shares will still be assembled and available for pickup, but we will not be available to help you find them. If you need to pick up your share late, please follow these directions:
Park in the gravel lot in front of the kitchen area.
Enter the pack shed (building to the south of the kitchen) and walk past the stainless steel tables until you see the cooler door with a white board on it. The white board will have directions on how to find the shares, which will be assembled for you in yellow bins. One bin = one share.

Recipes & Tips for This Week’s Share
A great recipe that incorporates items from this week’s share is this Cucumber-Melon salsa, great for the hot weather!
This sweet bell pepper soup is a unique way to take advantage of the natural sweetness of peppers. I think this recipe would be great with the orange and red bullhorn peppers in today’s share and farm stand.
As always, there are many more recipes on our blog! Let us know if there’s a recipe you use our veggies in, we’d love to include it.
