Join Our CSA

Thank you for your interest in the UK CSA! We look forward to sharing a season of harvests with you. You're invited to join us for our 20th CSA season.

Join the 2026 UK-CSA Season! Click to register.

Be sure to request your $200 CSA voucher code from the UK Health & Wellness dashboard FIRST before completing the registration. The code will be sent to your link blue email account.

Regular CSA Share

  • Members will receive a weekly share of vegetables for 22 weeks. We will offer an early bird price before March.
  • Members may choose between two pick-up sites on Thursdays: Campus pick-up inside the Horticulture Barn at 1505 College Way (4-6 p.m.), or farm pick-up at the UK Horticulture Research Farm (3:30-6:30 p.m.) at 4321 Emmert Farm Lane.
  • CSA membership gives you exclusive access to you-pick designated items from our farm during the growing season like herbs and flowers. There is no additional cost to you-pick for our 2026 UK-CSA members.
  • The CSA season is scheduled to begin on Thursday May 21st and end on Thursday October 15th.
  • Members receive 6-10 different types of produce each week in varying quantities. All produce is USDA certified organic. The farm produces over 40 different crops and over 200 varieties of those crops, mostly vegetables but also annual fruits (cantaloupe, watermelon), herbs, and flowers. Members may exchange items each week at pick up with a designated swap box on site to suit their preferences.

Vouchers

  • Claim your $200 voucher here FIRST if eligible. Use your voucher code (emailed to you) and linkblue ID when purchasing your share.
    • If two individuals (employee/employee, retiree/retiree or employee/retiree) are on two separate and independent UK medical health insurance plans AND are married or listed as sponsored dependents for one another, you may be able to combine vouchers toward the cost of one share. Spouses or partners who are on the same health insurance plan cannot claim two vouchers; there is only one voucher available per health insurance plan. Please email eldimartino@uky.edu to confirm eligibility and see if this is a purchase option for you. Do not attempt to purchase your combined share before contacting us, as you may not be eligible to combine your vouchers.
  • See more information on the CSA voucher benefit.

Interested in more details about what joining the UK-CSA program entails? Please be sure to read our 2026 CSA Terms & Conditions which will cover all the high points and finer details.

You have several CSA options in addition the UK CSA. While we really appreciate our UK community CSA members, we also want to encourage you to support local farmers. The KDA partner farm directory includes farms offering CSAs in Fayette and surrounding counties. Our goals are to prepare our students and to grow the local farm economy. Your membership in a CSA—whether the UK CSA or one of your other options—contributes to those goals.
