Farm Happenings
It’s the last week of the regular CSA season! This week’s share is a big one so remember to bring extra bags to distribution this afternoon.
There are just a couple spots left in our Fall CSA! Registrations close soon, so hurry up and get your spot. The fall CSA membership is only eight weeks (from Oct 23-Dec 18). Shares are smaller and will include 4-5 items weekly. We are also accepting orders for our Thanksgiving bulk boxes of veggies.
Just a reminder that we will continue to have a farm stand on Thursdays (Campus only!) at the same time as distribution (4-6PM). Even if you don’t join the fall CSA you can still purchase our veggies then.

Tips & Recipes for this week’s share:
To use this week’s sweet potatoes, carrots, and turnips all in one place, try these Roasted root vegetables and creamy polenta.
Our delicious celery would be great in this creamy celery soup recipe.
Another delicious way to use butternut squash (besides soup) is this butternut squash and sage pizza.
