Wrapping Up Our Fall Season
Hello CSA members! We are so thankful for you and for joining our shorter/sweeter/colder fall CSA season. We hope the variety of veggies has been an enjoyable experience about what eating “locally” in four seasons can look like, from delicious greens to root crops, from shoots and microgreens to hefty potatoes and sweet potatoes.
This is indeed our final, last week of the fall CSA! This is also our last Farm Stand of 2025, and the last on-campus wine purchasing opportunity for the foreseeable future. Be sure to come see Evan and Emma from our CSA team, and Sean from the winery, for some last purchases before our winter hibernation.
We have lots to share in the new year, so check your email for announcements, and mark your calendars for January 22nd for the 2026 CSA (summer) season sign ups!
