The farm is really starting to take off this spring and we are doing some pre-orders for an on-campus Farm Stand this Thursday, April 24th, from 4-6pm at our usual location of 1505 College Way. Maps here.

Items available for pre-order include both plants and veggies. Plants include lettuce (new!), broccoli, cabbage, celery, kale, napa, bok choi, spinach, shallots (new!), green onions (new!), and seed potatoes (new!). Veggies available this week include lettuce (new!), spinach (new!), celery, green onions, carrots, and rhubarb (new!).

We hope to have some limited asparagus and strawberries for walk-up sales. We anticipate having more of these crops in 1-2 weeks.

We are also excited to announce an on-farm plant sale on this Saturday April 26th from 9-11am at 4321 Emmert Farm Ln. The sale will take place inside our greenhouse; follow the gravel road and the signs will direct you. This will be our first round of flowers, herbs, and summer transplants, including many varieties of tomatoes and peppers. No pre-orders for this sale, this is a walk-up and shop opportunity!

• Herbs are sold as 4-packs of plants and will include several mixed 4-pack options
• Summer veggies sold in 4-packs include summer squash, zucchini, cucumber
• Summer veggies sold individually include peppers, tomatoes, and eggplants
